We accept exchanges in the event that the product is damaged during transit, has a manufacturing defect or is different from your original order.

Overseas Refunds

We regret to inform that we are unable to offer refunds or returns on any overseas goods.

Orders & Shipping

1. All orders worldwide will be shipped through Singapore Post Office via registered mail.
2. All orders will be fulfilled within 3 business days upon confirmation of payment.
3. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped out on the next Monday GMT +8.
4. Orders placed on Public Holidays, Saturday or Sunday are processed on the next business day.
5. All orders comes with tracking, sent via email once the order is shipped.
6. Overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be at the customer expense.
7. Aaah! has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any additional overseas costs.
